[Remote] SAP BPC Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a SAP BPC Business Analyst to support their financial processes. The role involves acting as a liaison between Accounting & Finance users and IT, analyzing and resolving BPC Planning and Consolidation issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Accounting & Finance users and IT for BPC Planning and Consolidation issues, enhancements, and process improvements
- Analyze and resolve BPC Planning and Consolidation issues across system, data, and business processes
- Prioritize and manage issue resolution aligned with close, forecast, and reporting timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain documentation for BPC Planning and Consolidation processes and reporting structures
- Understand relationships between SAP S/4HANA, BPC Planning, and BPC Consolidation
- Perform impact analysis of system, data, and process changes
- Support budget, forecast, and financial close cycles
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with BPC Consolidation (power user of BPC)
- 5+ years of experience with SAP
- Understanding of accounting terminology
- Understanding of consolidated reporting
- Be able to understand/document/communicate BPC reporting requirements to IT
- Be able to trouble shoot and resolve BPC consolidation issues
