[Remote] SAP Analytics & Reporting SME - Alteryx
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSCI Consulting is seeking experienced SAP Analytics & Reporting SMEs with Alteryx expertise to support a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Department of War (DoW) environment. This role will drive data analytics, reporting, and automation capabilities to improve financial auditability and global transportation logistics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation
- Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and executive stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across analytics pipelines
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Alteryx
- Support SAP data integration, reporting, and migration activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting solutions
Skills
- U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI development
- Advanced experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including data integration or migration
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
- Strong communication skills with ability to brief technical and executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence
- Experience supporting DoW or federal logistics programs
- SAP S/4HANA or public sector SAP experience
- Experience with data migration or enterprise transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
- Past experience working with a Federal agency
- Department of War experience is a plus!
