The primary responsibilities include developing and configuring solutions on Salesforce and TrueContext, performing end-to-end development activities, and collaborating with teams to deliver project components on time.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce and TrueContext (Pronto Forms) with a strong focus on field service form-based use cases
Perform end-to-end development activities including requirement understanding, configuration, basic customization, and testing
Leverage experience with TrueContext or similar form solutions within Salesforce Field Service implementations
Contribute to migration and implementation tasks by delivering assigned components within defined timelines and quality standards
Work closely with architects and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions and support overall delivery

Skills

Customization & Configuration: Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce and TrueContext (Pronto Forms) with a strong focus on field service form-based use cases
Hands-on Development: Perform end-to-end development activities including requirement understanding, configuration, basic customization, and testing
TrueContext / FSL Experience: Leverage experience with TrueContext or similar form solutions within Salesforce Field Service implementations
