[Remote] Salesforce Project Manager- Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a leading IT solutions provider, and they are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to drive their Salesforce consulting engagements. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking project progress, and collaborating with delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Relationship and their projects (multiple Customers and Projects)
- Partner with the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect to provide expertise to the Client's Team
- Partner with the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect to maintain a Healthy Backlog of requirements
- Responsible for Project Initiation (Jira, Confluence, meeting cadence, etc) and Project Closure activities
- Understand the Project Scope, and manage any and all Change Orders that may arise
- Provide Agile leadership to the project team
- Provide metrics and measurements for your projects, both internally and to the client
- Partner with Operations to ensure our internal and external processes are functioning

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Sound understanding of Project Management best practices in a Professional Services organization
- Proficiency in utilizing Project Delivery solutions such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships, communicate with clarity, and maintain organization amidst a demanding workload
- Capable of leading sessions with clients to extract requirements effectively
- Strong ticket creation skills and the ability to define needs clearly
- Proficient in delegating tasks and effectively managing the outcome
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP
- Experience using Slack
- Experience with Google workspace/apps
- Consulting background highly preferred
- Experience working with off-shore resources
