- Develop and post clear, engaging technical job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Identify and source candidates through niche job boards and professional networks
- Analyze and screen IT resumes, focusing on specialized skills and qualifications
- Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates technical and behavioral competencies
- Interview candidates using diverse methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions
- Collaborate with IT leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
- Create and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates
- Attend industry events, tech conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Draft and deliver compelling job offer letters
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
- Promote Hitek Staffing's reputation as a top employer in the industry
- Perform job and task analyses to document duties and technical requirements
- Stay current on technological trends and emerging industry tools to refine recruitment strategies
