[Remote] Sales Recruiter

They are seeking a savvy, results-driven Sales Recruiter to lead the recruitment lifecycle for Go-To-Market functions, sourcing top-tier sales talent who understand cloud professional services.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, including Senior Account Executives, VP-level Alliance roles, and business development positions across our AWS and Salesforce practices
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders to define role requirements, profile ideal candidates, and align hiring strategies with business goals
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, data-driven tools, and direct outreach to uncover and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive cloud ecosystem
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional, transparent, and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through the final offer presentation
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of cloud consulting, professional services, and SaaS hiring trends to counsel hiring managers on market reality, compensation expectations, and talent mapping
- Collaborate Globally: Partner closely with the broader Employee Success and HR business partner teams to scale recruiting operations and uphold AllCloud’s culture of excellence
- Compensation & Offer Structuring: Partner with HR and Compensation teams to navigate complex executive offers, including intricate commission structures, OTE (On-Target Earnings)
Skills
- 5+ Years of GTM Recruiting Background: Proven track record of successfully filling complex sales, account management, and alliance roles within the technology or consulting sectors
- Headhunting Expert: Advanced competency in executive headhunting methodologies, moving beyond LinkedIn InMails to leverage personal networks, referrals, and industry mapping
- Professional Services Expertise: Heavy experience recruiting within a professional services, IT consulting, cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Salesforce, or similar), or specialized SaaS environment
- Advanced Sourcing Capabilities: Demonstrated expert-level skill in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and alternative tech talent networks to source specialized sales talent
- Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to confidently advise executive-level leaders
- Agility & Drive: Ability to manage a dynamic requisition workload, adapt to evolving business priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
