Responsibilities
- Talking to customers every day to understand what they actually need
- Owning a pipeline and moving real deals from first conversation to close
- Selling solutions that solve problems, not just pitching features
- Learning a product, a market, and a customer inside and out, fast
- Building relationships that turn into real revenue
Skills
- You hear 'no' and figure out what 'yes' sounds like
- You're genuinely curious about how businesses work and why people buy
- You hold yourself to a higher standard than any manager could
- You're organized and you follow up, things don't fall through the cracks with you
- You can explain things clearly, in writing and out loud
- You're motivated by hitting a goal and beating it
- No sales experience required. We mean that. Coachability and drive beat a polished resume every time
