[Remote] Sales Associate, Remote US

Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company, and they are seeking a Sales Associate to identify and grow sales opportunities primarily through phone and online communications. This entry-level role involves promoting the Accelerate product, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales outreach to potential clients to introduce and sell Accelerate solutions and products
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and engagement with prospects
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals
- Understand and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of Accelerate products
- Assist with inbound sales calls as needed, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into sales
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct demos, follow up with clients in a timely manner, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines
- Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
- 2 years relevant experience in SaaS sales and / or customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Sales or customer relationship management experience supporting non-profit organizations
