[Remote] Revenue Compensation & Incentives Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Incentives Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team, responsible for the administration of sales compensation and incentive programs while collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and integrity in the compensation process.
Responsibilities
- Calculate, validate, and process commission and incentive payments each cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in accordance with company policies and plan rules
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, and exceptions related to commission payments, knowing when to work through issues independently and when to escalate
- Serve as a direct resource for sales reps and leaders on comp-related inquiries, providing clear and timely responses and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Payroll to maintain alignment on plan details, data inputs, and payment timelines
- Support the administration and rollout of new and existing compensation plans and incentive structures
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements as tools and workflows continue to evolve
- Maintain accurate records of compensation transactions, adjustments, and supporting documentation across all active programs
- Build and maintain reports and tracking tools to support visibility into compensation program performance and payment trends
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests related to incentive programs, quota attainment, and payout summaries
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, finance, payroll, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales operations tools for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support and interact with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experienced in payroll, SaaS, or financial services industries
- Experience working with commission or incentive compensation tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Background in change management or organizational development
