[Remote] Research Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Petauri is a purpose-built pharmaceutical services platform based in Nashville, Tennessee. They are seeking a U.S.-based Analyst to join their Market Access team, where the role involves supporting project execution and contributing to high-impact projects in pharmaceutical market access and reimbursement strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with and managing primary research, including recruiting stakeholders, note-taking, transcribing, and leading selected interviews under the guidance of a Consultant or Senior Consultant
- Conducting secondary research, creating fact packs, and developing expertise in specific products, disease states, and therapeutic categories
- Supporting the development of project materials such as therapeutic and payer landscapes, financial models, analytical spreadsheets, discussion guides, pricing assessments, market research templates, PowerPoint presentations, and client-ready deliverables. Strategic input will be provided with direction from senior team members
- Taking detailed notes during meetings
- Assisting with meeting logistics and planning as needed
- Proofreading and editing proposals and final deliverables as required
- Organizing key project administration documents, including statements of work, project plans, and invoices, within the shared drive
- Drafting status memos and project updates for internal and client communication
- Maintaining the shared drive with up-to-date revisions of project documents
- Assisting with proposal development through primary and secondary research
- Supporting the recruitment of payers to expand the Market Access payer network
- Staying informed on industry trends and developments by regularly reviewing updates in the pharma and payer landscape
- Expected attendance at key client meetings, including kickoff sessions, interim reviews, final presentations, and ad-hoc working sessions
- Occasional travel for internal meetings such as business planning, performance reviews, and training
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/marketing services industry (preferred for Senior Analyst)
