[Remote] Remote Sr/Staff Engineer ($150-$240k) Agentic AI, Ruby, Rails
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is a rapidly growing company that offers a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. They are seeking a Remote Senior or Staff Engineer to implement core functionalities, prototype AI features, and make architectural decisions for their tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
- Implement core functional using Rails
- Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
- Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
- Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
- Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
- Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
