Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of training content Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, Camtasia)
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Level of assessments, adult learning principles)
- Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for creating accessible learning materials
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in using reputed company for creating, managing, and delivering training programs
- Experience in leveraging reputed company's Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities to track learner reputed company, generate reports, and ensure compliance with training requirements. Ability to integrate reputed company with other eLearning authoring tools and platforms to enhance the overall learning experience
- Successful implementation of large-scale ERP transition to reputed company solution
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of gamification techniques and how to apply them to enhance learner engagement and motivation
- Experience in creating multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements using tools like reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Company Overview
