[Remote] Remote Interim HRIS Analyst

Clinical Management Consultants is a highly recognized healthcare organization seeking an Interim HRIS Analyst to support their Human Resources team. The role involves optimizing HR systems, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity within a compliance-focused healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support a collaborative Human Resources team while helping optimize critical HR systems
- Provide critical support for system functionality, reporting, and compensation processes
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders
- Serve as a key technical resource for UKG and Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) system administration
- Work cross-functionally with compensation partners and department leaders to ensure accurate data flow and system alignment
- Support enterprise-level HRIS operations, including UKG system administration, reporting, data integrity management, and system upgrades
- Play a key role in supporting compensation infrastructure, job grading, market analysis, and total rewards program development
- Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, support open enrollment processes, and ensure HR data accuracy across all modules
- Maintain and optimize UKG applications, manage system security, build reports, and support HR process automation and data integrity initiatives
- Support compensation philosophy development, merit planning, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance
- Partner with consultants as needed
- Contribute to training HR users, documenting procedures, and improving overall HR system functionality and reporting capabilities
Skills
- Strong UKG Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) expertise
- Experience in HRIS operations
- Ability to support system functionality, reporting, and compensation processes
- Experience collaborating with Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders
- Technical resource for UKG and Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) system administration
- Experience with data integrity management and system upgrades
