[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The role involves providing excellent customer support by answering calls and emails, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries, and adhering to company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and e-mails from customers
- Provide premiere customer service to our buying customers and selling clients through efficient, clear, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries through phones and email
- Be knowledgeable and adhere to policy and procedure, federal and state regulations, and maintain an enthusiasm for relentless improvement
- Be trained in any of the following departments: Inbound Communication, Disputes, Scheduling, or Account Verification
- Participate in documented training, as well as "at the spot" training in preparation for their roles
Skills
- Must reside near the Garland TX area
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Previous experience in a customer service call center environment is required
- Communication Skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- The ability to adapt to changes in policy and procedure
- Computer skills including accurate typing and Excel
- A desire to help customers and an eye for improvement
- Must have a clean criminal background
