- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with personalized solutions and ongoing support
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Engage in B2B sales strategies, presenting tailored technology solutions that align with client objectives
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop outreach campaigns that maximize engagement

Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development within a technology or software environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
