[Remote] REIMBURSEMENT BUSINESS ANALYST / REMOTE

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Reimbursement Business Analyst to provide analytical and operational support to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments. The role involves financial analysis, compliance tracking, and coordination across various departments to optimize reimbursement processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Providing analytical, project management, and operational support to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments
- Supporting Medicaid supplemental and state directed payment programs
- Cost reporting activities
- Broader reimbursement initiatives through financial analysis, compliance tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Developing and maintaining reporting tools
- Monitoring key reimbursement metrics
- Assisting with audit preparation and regulatory documentation
- Supporting budgeting and contractual analysis
- Evaluating workflows
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Serving as a liaison between Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, IT, and operational departments to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of job-related experience
- Area of study or major: Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a Revenue Cycle related field
- Master's Degree
