[Remote] Regional Sales Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlas Copco is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop their sales team. The role focuses on evaluating sales channel performance and enhancing customer satisfaction to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage the development of your sales team
- Evaluate sales channel performance, offering honest and constructive feedback, and execution of course correction
- Shape customer satisfaction, produce sustainable and profitable growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field
- Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including both domestic and international trips to support sales meetings, client engagement, and business forecasting activities; overnight travel may also be required based on business needs
- Relevant sales experience (e.g. territory growth, account management or business development) with consistent KPI's preferred
- Direct experience managing teams consisting of 6-8 members in a multi-state territory. 5+ years preferred
- Strong communication skills with experience in product demonstrations a plus
