[Remote] Regional Director, Corporate Accounts - Great Lakes
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. United Imaging is a leading global medical device developer and supplier, dedicated to improving patient care worldwide. The Regional Director Corporate Accounts will work with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's presence in the corporate healthcare market by building and maintaining relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks and Group Purchasing Organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and business plan for corporate account penetration with a given region, leveraging the product and business solution portfolio to increase United Imaging’s market presence
- Establish United Imaging brand with the region, growing the installed base and reputation by delighting customers with consistent and expeditious customer expectation management
- Navigate the intricate environment complexities of a corporate account and be able to navigate and match UIH personnel to the environment needs
- Lead and support a deal team consisting of account executives, modality managers, product management and executive leadership to develop and execute a strategy that will result in adoption of UIH brand and product
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the unique customer needs and be able to represent and shape those needs into a mutually beneficial partnership
- Be the voice of the customer, present their perspective and needs related to imaging trends
- Consult and present for customers on product offerings business solutions and guide customers through the sales process
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients that have influence in UIH equipment decisions, including clinical leaders and decision teams, supply chain leaders, IDN and GPO executives, etc
- Support the account team with strategy to develop and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement
- Develop, nurture, and maintain customer references and installed base in support of national show sites
- Maintain deep domain expertise in healthcare as pertaining to all imaging modalities, including market and competitive intelligence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above or/ equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic healthcare accounts
- Extensive knowledge of medical imaging in healthcare market trends
- Managed cross functional teams
- Ability to navigate complex situations and organizational structures and drive team towards successful outcomes
- Proven ability to build a strong sales funnel and impactful client relationships
- Demonstration of a strong customer orientation, high energy and motivation, and willingness to travel within an assigned region (50% travel or more, business needs dictate)
