[Remote] Recruitment Consultant - Attorneys

They are seeking an experienced legal recruiter to focus on sourcing, pipeline building, and closing placements for attorney searches.
Responsibilities
- Recruit attorneys across active legal searches
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source → screen → submit → place
- Generate candidates through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build strong follow-up systems and maintain organized candidate pipelines
- Manage activity and performance metrics in a KPI-driven environment
Skills
- Previous experience recruiting attorneys is required
- Strong outbound sourcing and candidate generation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold email outreach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
