- Build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels
- Overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes
- Conducting intake sessions
- Sourcing
- Scheduling
- Interviewing
- Assessing candidates
- Effectively managing the offer process
Skills
- 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience managing confidential information
- Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree
- Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred
- Those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered
