[Remote] Recruiter (Temporary - Up to 3 Months)

They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition Team in Houston, TX, focusing on identifying top talent for their Valet Trash division and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met
- Be able to provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders
- Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
Skills
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with high volume labor positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
