[Remote] Recruiter Sr
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Millennium Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including software engineering, architecture, cloud, data, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT infrastructure roles
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates using job boards, internet searches, databases, referrals, networking, and sourcing tools
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, review candidates, advise on talent availability, and support hiring decisions
- Post job advertisements and maintain accurate candidate activity and requisition updates in the ATS
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Use recruiting analytics, market intelligence, compensation insights, funnel metrics, and pipeline data to guide recruiting strategy
- Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and candidate closing efforts
- Manage multiple recruiting priorities while maintaining strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps engineers, or IT infrastructure professionals
- Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern technology stacks
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers using market trends, compensation insights, and real-time talent availability
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify, engage, and qualify technical talent
- Experience using recruiting analytics, including time-to-fill, funnel metrics, pipeline health, and market intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System
- Eightfold or similar CRM tool
- LinkedIn, HireEZ, or similar sourcing tools
