[Remote] Recruiter – Sales Talent Acquisition

Solar On Earth is a fast-growing renewable energy company seeking an experienced Recruiter to attract and hire exceptional sales talent. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and developing recruiting strategies to support the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality sales candidates across multiple markets
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for inside and outside sales positions
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Evaluate candidates for sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain recruiting data, reports, and applicant tracking systems
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Skills
- Proven experience recruiting sales professionals
- Strong ability to identify 'hunter' personalities and high performers
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience recruiting in renewable energy, solar, community solar, or energy-related industries is a strong plus
- Sales recruiting experience
- Energy, solar, renewables, or sustainability industry exposure
- Experience recruiting remote and multi-state workforces
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
