[Remote] Recruiter, Merchandising

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZRG Careers is building a team of recruiters and is seeking a Merchandising Recruiter who understands what makes a great merchant. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for merchandising functions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, supporting a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer.

Responsibilities

• Experience recruiting merchandising, buying, planning, category management, or retail leadership roles
• Background supporting consumer, retail, eCommerce, fashion, home goods, or DTC organizations
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and proactive outreach
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Recruiting for high-growth startups or scaling retail brands
• Hiring across merchandising, sourcing, product development, inventory planning, and supply chain
• You'll own full-cycle recruiting for merchandising functions while helping scale a rapidly growing organization
