[Remote] Recruiter Intern ( ESOP ONLY )

They are seeking a Recruiter Intern to support talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews, while collaborating with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the company
- Post job descriptions, manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, conduct initial outreach, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in researching talent markets, updating recruitment dashboards, and preparing candidate status reports
- Collaborate with the People/HR team to enhance candidate experience, support employer branding initiatives, and refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Skills
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a desire to learn full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth tech environment
- Proficiency with online research and candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple roles, tracking candidate progress, and meeting deadlines
- Comfort using spreadsheets, ATS or CRM-like tools, and basic data entry to maintain accurate candidate records
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being responsive, proactive, and collaborative with a distributed team
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling candidate and company information
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B services, and willingness to learn about LeadVaultAI's product, ICPs, and target markets
