Responsibilities
- Confirm candidate availability for interviews, tasks, and schedules
- Request documentation based on client needs
- Manage client communication through Zendesk
- Follow up with clients regarding job requisition status
- Analyze candidate profiles to determine suitability and alignment with client needs
- Review job requisitions and resumes using internal tools
- Receive, edit job requisitions, and update them in Workday
- Update and manage internal databases
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the matchmaking process
- Follow up on assessments and client requirements
- Send candidate matches to clients via Zendesk
- Review and update candidate profiles in Workday
- Manage candidate communication via email and WhatsApp
- Respond to candidate inquiries and update their information as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate multi-candidate interviews
- Attend daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions
- Verify candidate start dates and coordinate handoff to the Account Manager
Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar
- Client and candidate-facing background required
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
