[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter for a fully remote one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports high-volume recruiting across multiple areas of the business in the Electronic Systems sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business
- Ensure timely and efficient recruiting processes
- Help hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and early career hiring requirements
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Use ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools to screen a high volume of candidates
- Identify top talent for open requisitions
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Provide a positive candidate experience
- Adhere to required processes and policies to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting
- Proven track record of managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- High school diploma
- Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector
- Experience with early career, college, or intern recruiting
- Experience with BrassRing ATS
- Experience with Phenom CRM
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree
