Recrewts is seeking a highly professional and experienced recruiter to conduct video interviews for a wide variety of professional and executive-level positions. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who loves interviewing and evaluating talent while enjoying a flexible, fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video interviews with candidates across a wide variety of industries and functions, including executive, operations, sales, finance, marketing, healthcare, and technology roles
- Review position details, candidate resumes, and screening materials prior to interviews
- Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and adapt interviews based on candidate responses
- Assess candidate qualifications, communication style, motivation, and overall fit
- Provide detailed written interview summaries, insights, and recommendations
- Maintain a polished, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Manage interview availability through a shared scheduling calendar
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or executive search environment
- Exceptional communication and interviewing skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand new industries and roles
- Comfortable interviewing candidates ranging from individual contributors through executive leadership
- Naturally curious and skilled at probing beneath surface-level answers
- Able to quickly switch between different industries, clients, and position types
- Highly organized, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting multiple video interviews each day
- Executive search experience
- Agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions
- Experience writing detailed candidate summaries or interview reports
