Remote Receptionist / Scheduler (Work From Home – Automotive Service)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule and optimize appointments based on location, urgency, and service type
- Guide customers toward booking using provided pricing and service guidelines
- Follow up with missed calls, estimates, and undecided leads
- Confirm appointments and send timely reminders to reduce no-shows
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
- Communicate clear, complete job information to the technician
- Monitor daily schedule and help fill open time slots
- Escalate urgent or high-value jobs quickly
- Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from first contact to booking Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone presence and customer service ability
