They are looking for a Rates Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and ensuring billing accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Configure utility rate structures for new client properties
- Analyze utility bills, tariffs, and rate schedules
- Audit billing setups to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Research and implement utility rate changes
- Support internal teams with complex billing questions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and billing accuracy
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in utility billing, rate analysis, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Utility billing or submetering
- Multifamily housing industry
- Utility tariffs and regulatory rate structures
