Position Overview As a Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and documentation reputed company to our clients and their reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company of agents and consultants to maintain and update records, as well as assist with quality control processes to ensure the highest level of service to our clients. Key Responsibilities - Review and verify data and documents reputed company to client reputed company and agreements - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data or documentation - Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of client information - Communicate with team members to ensure reputed company necessary information is accurately documented - Assist with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems for data management and documentation - Maintain confidentiality of reputed company client information and adhere to company policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, quality control, or data documentation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in reputed company Office and experience with data management systems - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of sports industry and reputed company is a plus Working Conditions This is a full-time, remote position. Package Details Pay reputed company $50-70 per hour, depending on experience Training Pay $40 per hour (1-week reputed company) Training Bonus $700 incentive upon completion Work Schedule Flexible - Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week) Work Type 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
