Role Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychologist to deliver clinical services, support intervention planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid role allows for both in-office and remote work to maximize flexibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Integrate psychological data into multi-disciplinary reports and prescriptive service plans
- Develop and oversee intervention protocols and psychological services
- Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with local mental health agencies
- Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure high standards of care
- Consult with internal clinical teams and external community providers
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to treatment planning
- Train and mentor staff and service providers on best practices in psychological care
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology
- Active Psychologist License in the State of California
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations, including competency assessments
- Training or clinical experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
