[Remote] Project/Program Manager II

Dice is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Testing Project Manager to lead testing strategy, coordination, and execution across multiple projects. This role is critical in ensuring systems and processes are validated and ready for deployment, requiring strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects
- Define testing scope, timelines, success criteria, and testing deliverables
- Develop and coordinate test plans aligned to project objectives
- Ensure testing readiness prior to launch activities
- Coordinate testing efforts across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Lead system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational testing activities
- Facilitate testing reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure alignment between business, operations, and technical teams
- Manage defects, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout testing cycles
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of testing-related issues
- Escalate critical risks and blockers to leadership as needed
- Implement mitigation plans to minimize project impact
- Validate system performance, throughput, and operational readiness
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive enhancements to testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Prepare executive summaries, project updates, and risk assessments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4-7 years of experience in: Project Management, Testing Coordination, Program Delivery, Related business or technical disciplines
- Experience coordinating testing efforts across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience performing root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing project status reports and executive-level communications
- Experience supporting: System implementations, Operations initiatives, Engineering projects
- Familiarity with: System validation, UAT, Defect management processes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
