[Remote] Project Manager / Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring they follow Agile principles and practices Lead and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW (Statement of Work). Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and key dependencies Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. Foster collaboration and communication among team members Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control processes Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Highlight key milestones, issues, and risks Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5 to 10 years' experience in project management Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc Strong Project Leadership skills Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Skill in managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their needs Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, while directing QA Lead Resolve conflicts and disputes within project teams or with stakeholders Address project issues and challenges with innovative solutions Manage proper internal communication to Argano leadership team and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate internal and external escalation processes are followed MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred Previous experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms Company Overview Argano is a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds digital foundations that help businesses run better.
