[Remote] Project Manager - Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Neteffects is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager specializing in IT Revenue Cycle. The role involves managing projects related to Cerner or Epic Revenue Cycle, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project alignment with goals and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues
- Forecast and track project financials
- Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and service partners
Skills
- Proven experience managing projects involving Cerner OR Epic Revenue Cycle
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle front-end and/or back-end processes
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Need to be PMP Certified
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT
- Hands-on experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle solutions
- Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- PMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred)
