[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects, develop budgets, and create project management reports while leading teams using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, reporting to the Program Manager
• Develop and track project budgets
• Create and maintain project management reports including status reports, project overviews, risk reports, project roadmap, and project health report
• Create and maintain project plans including change management plan, communication plan, customer acceptance plan, release management plan, and quality management/test plan
• Work with the business development team to create estimates for new project proposals
• Present project status to customer leadership monthly
• Provide and implement process improvement recommendations
• Lead one or more project teams using Agile methodology

Skills

• Extensive DevSecOps experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or an Engineering degree from an accredited institution. A required certification may be accepted in lieu of education requirement
• In accordance with DOD Cyber Workforce Qualifications Matrices Management, Security+ is required for candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
• Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a background investigation
• Experience with AWS highly preferred
• Developer experience, preferably using Python and Java
• Experience using or managing Containerized systems
