[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across project teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and team members to support successful outcomes
• Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and action items
• Communicate project updates, progress, changes, and key decisions to stakeholders
• Manage scope, resource allocation, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure required materials are up to date
• Evaluate project results and recommend improvements to processes and project delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Project management certification preferred
