[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atmosfy is the world’s largest live video map, scaling across 150 countries. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with major brands, investors, and partners while ensuring efficient operations as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Brand partnership pipeline from first intro to signed contract
- Investor relations follow-up cadences for our active seed round
- Airtable CRM — every lead has a status, a next action, and a date
- Advisor coordination and back-channel follow-ups
- Small remote ops team oversight
- Daily briefings and inbox management for the founder
Skills
- Available and responsive — not a 9-5 person
- A finisher who sees what's stuck and fixes it
- Good judgment: knows when to act and when to ask
- Clear writer — investor emails, brand outreach, internal updates
- Hungry for the growth path, not just the paycheck
- Clear path to Head of Partnerships for the right person
