[Remote] Project Management Analyst 1 - 29171

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Management Analyst 1 to provide direct support within the DLA Research and Development (R&D) Program. The role involves serving as a liaison between stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and applying technology expertise to support various initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the program stakeholders, project participants, government working groups, industry, and academia
• Facilitate meetings
• Support and monitor program and project objectives, metrics, opportunities, and strategic alignments
• Assist with research and analysis for current and emerging technology reports
• Submit various presentations, assessments, summary reports, and monthly reports to project management team
• Apply technology and program expertise to support various DLA R&D Program initiatives and projects
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients

Skills

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET government security clearance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent customer and organizational level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project/program management or engineering experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects/priorities preferred
