[Remote] Project Coordinator, Clinical Lab Equipment Implementation (Healthcare)

The Project Coordinator, Implementation is responsible for coordinating and organizing the implementation of Beckman’s product portfolio, providing support to project managers, and ensuring timely delivery of instruments to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to project managers, assisting them in various project-related tasks
- Coordinate instrument delivery projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments to customers
- Coordinate the implementation timelines and dates for water, UPS, and compressor systems for project sites
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience
- Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information
- Ability to travel Monday-Friday 10-20% nationally
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution
