[Remote] Program Manager With Customer Success

They are actively seeking a Program Manager - Customer Success to build and maintain relationships with strategic customers while leading multiple customer programs to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers
- Understand customer business goals and align program delivery with customer expectations
- Drive customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and executive status meetings
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and advocate for customer needs internally
- Lead multiple customer programs from initiation through successful completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Support
- Track program progress and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
