[Remote] Program Manager – Strategic Accounts

The Program Manager will lead a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring alignment across various teams and managing high-stakes relationships to meet customer commitments.
Responsibilities
- A portfolio of complex, engineered-to-order projects
- Leadership and development of a high-performing PM team
- Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
- Proactive risk management—no surprises
- Consistency in execution, tools, and communication
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Drive communication across teams to surface risks early and avoid downstream impacts
- Coordinate across facilities to support capacity and capability needs
- Align execution with customer expectations to ensure consistent delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years managing complex project portfolios
- Experience leading teams or programs
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification required
- Experience in Government, OEM, or strategic account environments
