[Remote] Program Manager – Sales Excellence

The Program Manager – Sales Excellence is responsible for managing and executing initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness across North America, ensuring alignment and execution from planning through field adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs)
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Coordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track
- Lead regular updates and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership
- Ensure consistent execution and accountability across all workstreams
- Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
Skills
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives at the same time
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority
- A project manager who has led a complex implementation including systems, process, and behaviors
- Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Transformation
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
- Exposure to forecasting, revenue management, or incentive programs
- Experience in agriculture or complex B2B environments
