[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GAMA-1 Technologies is a rapidly growing technology business based in Greenbelt, Maryland, providing strategic information assurance and business solutions to the Federal Government. The Program Manager will lead complex Federal technology contracts, ensuring alignment of technical execution, staffing, budget, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all program activities to ensure successful contract execution and mission achievement
- Coordinate across technical teams, program personnel, and Government stakeholders to support integrated program delivery
- Manage contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, milestones, and performance objectives
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of program reports, briefings, and other required contract deliverables
- Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure projects remain on track and within scope
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Support the transition of research and development efforts into operational capabilities
- Ensure team activities remain aligned with program goals, customer priorities, and mission objectives
- Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and decision-making support to drive successful program outcomes
- Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and Government leadership, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
Skills
- Master's in Engineering Management, MBA, or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Extensive experience leading complex Federal technology programs across multiple stakeholders, technical disciplines, and mission partners from planning through operational deployment
- Proven success managing large-scale programs aligned to mission objectives, with strong performance in cost, schedule, and technical delivery
- Experience managing complex program scope and dynamic requirements, including scaling resources and adapting to program changes while maintaining performance and continuity
- Strong record of high-quality contract delivery with consistent on-time execution and minimal rework
- Experience leading research-to-operations (R2O) transitions across multiple agencies to ensure seamless operational deployment
- Skilled in using program management tools and governance frameworks such as Jira, Confluence, and RACI structures to manage execution and accountability
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with Government leadership, technical teams, and mission partners to support successful program outcomes
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
