[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. nFocus Solutions is dedicated to the development of innovative technologies and intelligent business solutions for the public sector. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex federal information technology programs, overseeing multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal IT programs and projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government customers, contracting officers, and key stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
  • Manage and mentor project managers and technical teams to achieve program objectives
  • Monitor program performance using established metrics and provide regular status reports to Government leadership
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Support business development activities by providing technical and program management expertise for proposals and contract transitions

Skills

  • 10+ years of management experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects of a similar size and scope for the Federal Government
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience managing information technology evaluations
  • Extensive experience developing and tracking schedule, cost, and risk for projects of similar size and scope in an Information Technology environment
  • Understanding of Federal Government policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines
  • Understanding of Federal Government contracting and billing processes along with experience in cost control management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executive leadership and Government stakeholders
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
