They are currently seeking a Product Manager who will work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution, focusing on user-centric innovation and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
Own Product Development Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions Drive User-Centric Innovation Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Use insights to develop and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals Define & Track Key Metrics Establish measurable objectives to assess product success. Regularly analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies, adoption, and continuous product improvement Balance Strategy & Execution Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs while maintaining a clear product vision Lead Agile Development Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly Stay Ahead of Market Trends Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for innovation Write. A lot Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc. As a team, we write to solidify our thinking, communicate and keep everyone on the same page Skills 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering—you've worked closely with users or technical teams before transitioning into product management and thrive off of customer interactions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them Process driven. You know that the key to repeatable success is repeatable actions.
