[Remote] Product Manager II – Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iSpace, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II to enhance healthcare revenue cycle operations through innovative solutions. The role involves owning product strategy, collaborating across teams, and driving impactful product initiatives from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
- Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery
- Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with their objectives
- Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints
- Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value
- Ensure solutions are compliant, safe, accurate, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into their platforms
- Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap
- Monitor integration data flow, identify, and prevent errors, and ensure high-quality billing processes
- Manage the vendor relationships of the products within their revenue cycle digital portfolio
- Hold vendors accountable to SLAs and drive resolution of defects that impact revenue cycle operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, or related, with a strong track record of launching successful software products
- Experience with the healthcare industry and the revenue cycle technology used within
- Must have experience in healthcare revenue cycle (including expertise in billing) product development efforts
- Must possess the ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment is a plus
