[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to guide and oversee the ideation, strategy, pricing, and execution of products and services, ensuring they meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product performance, including features, functionality, defects, client experience, and overall product quality
• Identify process gaps, track defects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and operational efficiency
• Define and support the end-to-end client experience across product lifecycle stages, from onboarding through ongoing usage and support
• Gather and analyze client and market feedback through user groups, surveys, and industry forums to inform product improvements
• Conduct market research to assess competitive offerings, pricing, customer needs, and emerging trends
• Develop and execute product strategy, including SWOT analysis, multi-year roadmaps, and business cases for new initiatives
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pricing, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies
• Create and maintain product health metrics, reports, and performance insights for leadership

Skills

• 3+ years' experience in product management required
• Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality and must be able to comprehend and evaluate technically complex information
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• 3+ years' experience in the banking or payments industry preferred
