[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses, aiming to modernize corporate financial tooling. They are seeking a product manager to own significant parts of the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, while working closely with various teams to shape the product direction based on user research and insights.
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end: opportunity discovery, problem framing, PRD writing, scoping, launch, and iteration
- Write crisp PRDs that engineers and designers can build against without ambiguity
- Define behavior for complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the edge cases most teams skip
- Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with engineering and design
- Work directly with integration partners to align capability boundaries with product decisions
- Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, prototype testing, beta programs - and turn what you learn into roadmap direction
- Define and track success metrics for the areas you own
- Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile)
- Proven fintech experience - you've shipped financial products at depth
- Strong PRD discipline - your specs are precise, opinionated, and easy to build from
- Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and heavy third-party integration work
- Strong systems thinking - you reason about state, edge cases, and second-order effects, not just happy paths
- Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and what's actually worth building
- Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
- Heavy hands-on AI usage in your daily PM workflow - drafting, research, prototyping, scoping
- Bias to ship, with a high bar for craft
- Experience with crypto or onchain products
- Experience working directly with financial infrastructure partners
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
Benefits
- Flexible work schedule so you can balance life and work on your terms
- 25 vacation days per year
- Annual team retreats in amazing locations - not corporate offsites, but trips you'll actually look forward to
