[Remote] Product Management Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MEMX is searching for a Product Management Analyst who will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and working with a cross-functional team. The role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while analyzing market trends and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Understand the MEMX system and architecture to effectively communicate technical changes
- Translate regulatory and business processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Analyze market trends and define the competitive landscape to inform product development
- Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience
- Conduct regular product reviews and make recommendations for improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related role
- Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools
- Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting
- Knowledge of international markets a plus
